I have tried to get my test results and have had to wait for a doctor to call me back. I had to wait three days snd today the doctor didn’t call till 7.30 pm as it was only ringing for a short period I didn’t have time to answer it and have no way of contacting the doctor at this time to get my results as I keep being redirected. The whole experience has been very stressful and I’m still awaiting my test results. I’m sure when I call Monday there won’t be any appointments and thi whole process will start again.

Today I phoned the surgery to get an appointment for my Father. I was using my mobile so I was aware how long the process would take me. I was impressed how quickly I was talking to someone. That person was Karen S. I have never before encountered such a helpful and positive receptionist at this surgery or indeed my own, which for your information is out of your area. Her customer care and understanding of my need was excellent. What a breath of fresh air it was for somebody to take control in a positive and professional manner. She is an asset to your practice.

I am a new patient. I tried to call them as they're supposedly open late on a Monday, but strangely the telephone wizard said to call back when they are open!!! I called in personally as I wanted to check if they were open late. The receptionist was most unhelpful! I asked for an appointment she said I would have to wait 3 weeks!!!! Then told me I could call the next day and maybe a Doctor would talk to me to verify if I they should see me!!! OMG!!! Then she proceeded to tell me how many patients they have to service. Like someone said earlier!! Why should I have to suffer for their greed!!! To make more money at the patients expense!! This is a ridiculous organisation!! I will be looking for another Doctor!! Any recommendations please? I've not even seen anyone there and I want to leave!!!!! It's a joke!!!!

I have been here now for two years and have always found it difficult to get appointments, last week it took me several days before I got through the line calls in time to get an appointment for my mental health meds which are Really important for my day to day life, only a couple of weeks ago I was told I could have a clot in my lung and the nurse sent me home with some blood thinners to which I found out if I had, had a clot I could have died as I was sent home and now the systems are being updated I've gone from being 9th in line To being 15th in line for thrush which has been itching and burning bad for two days which still may not be sorted by today. Pharmacy staff are fantastic but I will be changing doctors soon because I really find it to be disgusting now
